Do girls consider guys 5"8 short?

All the girl's I talk dig me but they always mentioned my height saying I'm short. Do girls really prefer men 6ft and up?

Depends on the girl. I'm 4'11 and I consider 5'8 tall.
My ideal on a guy is 5'2-5'8. But that's not to say I wouldn't date a guy who wasn't in my ideal range. I don't really care about height, but I feel a taller guy (5'8 and over) will have trouble or crank their neck just to kiss me.
I am not picky with height at all lol

My man is 5'5". I love him so much, and it makes it easier to kiss him. Honestly people te just shallow A-holes most the time. I dated a guy with dwarfism. He was such a great guy. He was also good in bed. Me, and him did not work out because He lived to far away, and he was working a lot.

Yes, most women prefer men who are taller than they are. I'm 5'5", you're only 3 inches taller than me. I think it has something to do with the protective thing. We are programmed biologically to seek out a strong man who can defend us. Call it an illusion if you will, but for some reason, short means weak to a lot of people. I personally don't believe that, but it's a thing, sad to say.

Nah. I'm 5'6 and well 5'8 is not bad now if you were 4'0 now that's bad lol there's nothing more attractive than a man with confidence I'm sure you got more than just your height :)

No, that's how tall my boyfriend is and it's pretty perfect for me. I'm 5'4 and while I like that he's taller than me I don't want to be towered over, or have to stand on a box to kiss him lol

It's actually short if you look at the average height of guys though, which is 5'10.
