PLEASE HELP! How do I stop my boobs from jiggling when I walk?

Girls only please! Every day I take my nephew for a walk in his stroller. I usually walk pretty fast and over the past year my boobs have gotten bigger. I don't know if it's the pace that has to do with it but now my boobs jiggle when I walk and I can tell other people notice, which makes me feel self conscious. Is there a way to stop this? I wear a sports bra but would it help to double up or wear a tank top under my t-shirt or something? Please help!

That's part of life as a woman with bigger boobs. They jiggle. They bounce. People notice. It's okay. There is nothing wrong with boobs. Personally, I think you should be proud of them. Embrace them. Love them.

But if the bouncing really really bothers you, sports bras and layers and baggier clothes. But I would really encourage you to take steps toward becoming more comfortable in your own skin, and embrace who you are. :)

Fr “self-conscious” wtf. Why would you be embarrassed about people noticing your boobs jiggling. My boobs are big too and I want people to notice. This pisses me off

Get better support and get a proper fitting done to make sure you're in the right size to support you. Sports bras shouldn't be like that, unless it's one of the outside ones that don't do much support.

my boobs are big too but they jiggle because wen u walk fast try walking a little slow sometimes it works too my advise too you. personally I don't care if they bounce or jiggle because I love it!

If you feel uncomfortable. Use tight bra and loose clothes. So, that boobs won't visible to others clearly.
