What happens is the killer shoves a curling hot (while turned on and HOT) down her crotch/vagina.

It makes me cringe watching this.

I've seen worse.

It doesn't actually show the girl's genitals being burned. Just the shadow (on the wall) of the curling iron going down there.

It's just a movie. Relax. Some horror fans ranked this as one of the most uniquely disturbing death scene in a horror movie. That's why I shared it.
