not fall to the floor kind of bad, but it hurts because the skin there is close to the bone and stuff. I got bruised once when I flew forward and landed on the part of my bike between the handles and the seat where there is that bar. I was learning how to jump a ramp. it was awful. but i don't think it is the same as when guys get kicked because they have testicles, so maybe it is worse, I don't know
