Honestly, she's mid-level at best. She has the benefit of spending every waking hour of her day figuring out ways to look beautiful, and if she was in an auditorium full of girls her age, she would not stand out at all.

I don't read into her personal life much at all so in terms of personality there's nothing to base my judgement on. She's privileged and is famous because of her name. That's it.

Looks good in that pic - I don't know a lot about her - Looks like she has had a few ops - 7.5/10 just because I am not a fan of surgery.
