I have not had a tattoo (not into that form of self mutilation), but plenty of needles have been thrust into my body in various places. Seldom has it hurt. People I know who have had tattoos have told me that the pain can be extreme at the time and the 'scabbing up' and healing process can be even more painful.

Depends where the tattoo is. If it's on the butt an injection would hurt more. But if you get one on your balls or your clit then the tattoo hurts more.

Especially if its big & goes over a sensitive spot. But i don't have any. Just what i've been told...
