I mean, if they are slightly or even moderately bent from the knees? Not like a total X. I have had this problem since I was a kid and I can not imagine undergoing a surgery..

I'm convinced you have nothing to worry about. Those legs look pretty good to me! Certainly not a turn-off!! Don't undergo surgery unless it becomes a physical problem for you.
