Yea it's definitely feasible. I shared a bed with two of my friendgirls(girls who are friends). I did however wake up with my buddy in the "on position" right in between the legs of one of the girls lol. However I woke up first and through a very difficult time maneuvering my way out of that situation hit the bathroom to "cool off". Either way I don't have any sexual desires for that girl it's just we were really close and her butt was literally smooched up against my penis and well the warmth and yea... But yea! just make sure you keep your distance from him in that bed.
You could always bring a sleeping bag to separate you from him in the bed so you don't both end up in a provocative situation... Sleep head to foot from each other... bring an inflatable matress. But if you're both comfortable with each other it might be alright, if you think he might be attracted to you... then its preferable to find a way to keep abit of a distance.

Done that quite a few times. But in a lot of cases it did end up with us not sleeping anyway...
Attraction + intimacy. You do the math. You will both need a LOT of willpower if you're planning to not have sex.
There is no way that a I could stay in a bed with a woman without anything happening. (98% of women find me attractive and if it breathes... well I'm game) LOL
It depends on the kind of girl you are, the kind of guy he is and how he respects you.

if you don't intend to do ANYTHING besides sleep, it's still not a good idea. he's probably gonna want something (hj or more) and if you don't agree to do it he'll probably get upset and it'll be awkward
