  With 25 guys and one girl, it was more likely the boys room. I doubt it was a unisex bathroom.
  
  My college had unisex bathrooms and I don't recall anyone ever having sex or being raped in the bathroom. I did reach under the stall and grab the ankle of a girl I knew sitting on the next toilet - I'm sure she was very traumatized.

  I haven't heard anything about "they" wanting unisex bathrooms in HS. What has been an issue is which bathroom people should use who are transgendered. I don't think most HS kids would really care. As I said, we had unisex bathrooms in college, where admittedly people are more mature, and there were no problems.
