@joshuam8612 The woman was rude and erratic. Her husband tried to kill our dog and she sprayed weed killer all over our front yard which destroyed it. My sister was young, she was probably no more than 7 and figured she could kill the woman's yard by peeing on it.

(handicapped elderly to be exact) and as a matter of fact the only possible witness on our street besides the woman in question is another widowed woman who is infact blind.

A 7 year old is a child.. a child, and an adult do not have the same brain development, therefore, cognitive reasoning has no comparison. It's rare for a child to have an understanding of cause and effect. Children are impulsive, and act on anything that seems ideal to them at the time.
