Well is it hitting the hymen? That could be one problem, also how aroused are you when this is happening? Arousal allows for the vaginal canal to relax significantly (otherwise nothings really going in as it collapses in on itself sealing tight). You could try small insertions first and work your way up or maybe all you need is a little more foreplay to relax you and get you more in the mood.

Make sure to have plenty of foreplay. I know you use lube, but foreplay allows you to get excited and allows your vagina to relax and prepare for penetration.
