Look online. There are heaps of makeshift options. Apples, bottles, try doing gravs with a bottle and a water filled sink. Trust me there’s a million bizarre options that should work.

You can use foil or a soda can, but it's not good because that aluminum gets into your lungs. Get a cigarette and roll the tobacco out and replace it with weed

For some people it’s an enjoyable thing. Like a glass of wine after work, no one is addicted and the health issues are relatively minor and unlikely. In the very few times I have smoked it’s actually been about trying to better connect myself with the world around me, not detach.
