Depends, playfully is fine as long as it's not inappropriate (e. g. tickling someone at a funeral or some shit is considered inappropriate) but if you catch me off guard and tickle me then I'll most likely reflex and elbow or kick you or something like that, it's just my reaction to most people in general touching me without prior consent or knowledge.

I've always liked getting tickled. The only problem is when you're teaching kids and they start tickling you it can be embarrassing. I got fired more than once for playing too much with elementary children. This is why I prefer to teach High School (no tickling at that age)
