If you were dictator of a small island nation, what crazy dictator stuff would you do?

Id probably have a harem of beautiful women. I'd bring back slavery and breed them. I would replace courts with live action hunger games or maybe or maybe professional gladiator games but more modern where criminals and those civilians that are "politically inccorrect" must prove their innocence by battling proffesional warriors all for the masses on live television.
I would only allow those that have served in the military to become citizens.
I would start a eugenics breeding program where only those with strong genetics are allowed to breed for instance if you has short eyesight or asthma you would be sterilized. Also I would start a super soldier programme to protect my country from Americans who seek to impose democracy on us.
I would indoctrinate my people into worshipping me as the 2nd coming of Christ. I'd build a religion just like Mormonism or scientology.
I would build the world's largest artillery guns so I could launch satelittes into space and target my enemies and defectors anywhere in the world.

Enlarge the island with limestone polders using biorock , install wave energy generators, research building floating settlements to further enlarge the island. Teach solid western idology combined with white ethnonationalism in schools. Start up a series of security companies to work guarding oil fields, orchards, mines etc around the world. They're officially security companies but actually a hybrid war style standing army with tenticals all over the world creating depenance and tapping into intel. Free the individual as much as possible, practice surgical legislation to limit laws. Have a eugenics program to improve the IQ, strength and general health of citizens. Criminals get sterilized.

Separate exile island for the useless members of society. Gladiatorial arena in place of death penalty. Create a smaller central city walled in where only the brightest and most proven citizens get to live. Create impressive architecture to bring back the majesty of ancient civilizations. Have a harem. Work on building a floating city/fortress/battleship/ vacation destination in order to make my empire mobile. Mandated birth control for everyone until they prove they are useful enough to create further generations. Create a more interesting religion that would also help my society thrive with the ideals it bestows.
