I think having a lot of money is an easy one.
Eat without gaining wait sounds like a trick question, but I love my food so that would be good for me.

I honestly think the rest of them would be more of a problem than benefit.

All of these have loopholes, except no 1. I'll have to think about that one.
2 - it might not be beneficial. You might learn something that you wish you didn't find out about and it will ruin your life.
3 - why? So that you can make the same mistake again? And waist more years of your life. Every good AND bad experience is a lesson learned.
4 - might not gain, but you can loose weight to the points of unhealthiness and die young.
5 - 5cm can cost you brain damage. Let's say you are 5ft and the future has it so that one day you will fall and missed the concrete block by 4cm. Now you are 5 cm taller, hit the concrete block and have brain damage. (This happened to me. If I was taller, I would have been f***ed now.)
6 - as a female.. no. That pill might turn you into a hulk looking person and not a pretty/handsome person who can left heavy objects with one finger like superman LOL.
7- you can get it, but there's no guarantee that you won't loose it.
8 - you could be given a mental disorder that makes you retarded and you end of in a Looney bin.
9 - That just comes with millions of people that will have millions of bad insults to give you and break down your self-esteem and put you in a hole of depression like most actors and singers experience.
So I think number one is the safest. There is probably a loop hole. I just can't think of it now.
