How heavily edited would you say the photo of this woman is?

So me and my friend were having an argument about this picture I found the other day...

I said she was edited only a little bit. She honestly looks like a legitimate real woman if you ask me, and I've seen several women with her facial structure and similar facial features and such. Heck, I even know a specific girl irl who looks exactly like her, minus the super shiny glowing skin.

But my friend said she was edited a lot, and that without the makeup she'd probably be a monster.

The color of her face looks a bit weird in comparison to her neck... you can definitely tell her face was edited to look extra shiny and glowing and bright. But that's all I can pick up. Other than that she just looks like a typical girl to me... an above average one, but still pretty normal.

Probably only a bit... just her super shiny flawless skin.

Probably a lot... her facial structure and eyes/mouth/nose were also probably edited.

Probably a moderate amount... there was definitely more than just a bit of editing, but she was probably pretty good looking to start.

I doubt that they've done more than give her flawless glossy skin. Anything else would require creativity.

That's true, I agree... overall, I think this is a photo of a real woman, but with just her skin edited a lot of be perfectly smooth and glossy. Her lips and eyes also look a bit too glossy... especially the corners of her eyes. The white part of the eye is not that shiny in real life, lol. But other than that, she's just a normal girl...

With skin that shiny, anyone looks computer generated, lol. Not even black women have such shiny skin.

Though I don't disagree, for that I think it's just the angle, lol. Her fingers seem to sort of be curled in... either that, or her knuckles are in the way.

Don't get me wrong, smooth hands are NOT unrealistic...

But not as smooth as hers are in the photo. Her hand basically has no wrinkles in which a normal human hand usually has...

Still, besides the overly smooth skin all over, her facial features in general look normal if you ask me.

Either ways, Polina Bodrova is still really pretty! And I don't exactly 100% doubt she is indeed the girl here... I've seen some photos of her in which are pretty heavily edited, and have a pure white or gray background. Sort of a similar style to this one.

But I scrolled a lot through her Instagram, and still haven't found this EXACT picture...

Plus, though they look similar, they're still a bit different. The girl here looks a bit younger... like about 18 years old. Now Polina Bodrova looks a few years older... like she's in her early to mid twenties.

Lips, eyes, jawline and chin have all definitely been edited. I would bet her cheekbones and hair have been too

TBH, she looks like a completely CGI image.

You think so? To me, besides her skin, she looks pretty normal. Her skin is what makes her look CGI. Just look at her hand, for example... it's way too smooth to be human.

Oh, don't get me wrong, it's a good work of digital art. But it definitely looks like digital artwork to me- the completely blank, pixellated white areas in the outer corners of her eyes are the most telltale sign of that.

Ah, you're completely right! No matter who you are, one's eyes are not simply that shiny! Especially not in the white part! Lol.

Overall, while she looks very realistic, there are also several signs that say she's not real/heavily edited/a cartoon character or digital artwork all together.
