I think having a mole is worse cause it could risk being start
of skin cancer. I know i got birthmark since i was born i need
to see a dermatologist to see if it needs removed but i been
dragging my feet.

yeah the thing is I didn't get it surgically removed they used the shave method so the mole cells are still in there I also have moles all over my body which can also be cancer I don't know what to do

I think there are chances of the mole getting bigger and bumpy.
A scar can be treated over time or hidden by makeup as such.
