When I explain things over and over and then when I’m done, the same person asks me again what I just finished explaining in 5 different ways... xD

And it should not get me angry because I always ask a lot of times too lol so it’s hipocritical of me but I guess in my brain it makes sense because to me and my logic I explained what I explained in the simplest form for even a toddler to understand lol 😝

technical documents that don't go into enough detail to be clear about the different cases. or at least the wanky editors who allow documents in that sort of state and don't require them to be revised to include that detail. god people that write technical documents are a bunch of tossers.

Watching Sport when my team is inevitably getting beat, bad grammar and cafes wrapping food in tin/aluminium foil rather than napkins (granted that's a niche one) ... oh and low water pressure in the shower. I don't get angry easy but mediocre/meaningless things bring out a really aggressive shrug of the shoulders! lol

People trying to control others view of the world, there values, or telling them what they should be doing or thinking. I know it shouldn’t make me upset.. and those people should have the balls or the tits to stand up for themselves... but it still make me upset.

When people do things that I don't like about in myself. So me getting angry at it is a coping mechanism to make myself feel better. Because if I get mad at someone else doing it, then I don't have to feel as bad that I do it.
