Lol @ the noobs thinking just mentioning cup size is sufficient to get an idea of actual boob size.
I’m a 32D and I find that quite perfect, so I think 34C would also be good, but I think as you move up further in bandsize your cup size should then at least remain a C or D too, even if the volume would then increase.

Depends on the bone size and height of the person as well as what they're looking for image wise. A boob size that would be nice on a large boned tall woman may look cartoonishly large on a thin petite woman. But if the petite woman wants weather balloon boobs then I guess that size would be perfect for her goals. It's all very subjective.
