You are right, the corporations own their bodies, not the government haha
They got these girls paying premiums on clothes, make up, and got them hooked on sexual liberation.
They turned women from Mothers into consumers and convinced women products and travelling is happiness. Women bought into it, hook, line and sinker.
Yes it is government property. The government can tell you who you can be with can't be with some 14 year old.
The government tells you what you can do with your time. The government gets a percentage of everything you earned. In every way it is the government's property
Yeah we have no freedom so I don't get this whole argument my body my choice I can't choose to be with a 14 year old even in both of us are consenting to it. I can't choose not pay taxes even though that's giving up Much more of my life than not having a abortion ever will.
I can't even choose to leave America without having to pay an exit tax.
People that make abortion arguments tend to not understand that we don't get to have everything we want. The rules we have created in society have tried to give us the most amount of rights for the most amount of benefit we can get but we can't have everything. There is usually a downside to something and when we create laws we try to favor the side where there's the most benefit and try to minimize the negative.
For example, you aren't completely free because you aren't allowed to put your penis in another girl's vagina unwillingly. Yes you have control over your body but because you'll disturb the unwilling female, you don't get to rape her. The reason is because the benefit of pleasure that you gain is not close to being worth the tragedy of the woman being raped. It's similar with abortions. People that are against abortions will likely acknowledge that the woman is somewhat burdened by not given the control that she wants but they think the baby's life is worth her sacrifice.
YvanKarma it sounds like you're making a straw man argument. No one disputes that a woman's head, chest, vagina, feet etc, aren't her property. Only men don't have full autonomy over their bodies when they're given child circumcisions. If I am wrong, show me. The argument for abortion is about another human that is not her body.
It's literally about what she can and can't do with her uterus.
@HungLikeAHorsefly
You're bringing up another topic though. His question is about women owning their uteruses.
Do you think the US government has ever claimed to own a womans' uterus? That is his argument.
I feel like when he says the US government owns it, he's being sarcastic as a way to say the US government dictates what women can do with their body parts, as if they own it.
@HungLikeAHorsefly he would be right that the US government dictates some of what people can do with their body parts. Men can't put their penises in an unwilling vagina nor can a woman put her vagina on an unwilling penis. People aren't even allowed to kill their own bodies.
Regardless, women do not own unborn babies though and unborn babies aren't a female body part. His picture is a straw man but by his update, he wasn't trying to say anything political. He was just trying to link a funny picture.
Putting your body parts on/inside other people obviously affects other people, whereas abortion only affects the woman in question. Unless you think a fetus is a person even though it has none of the characteristics of a person. Also, suicide is legal in most of the world, including every U. S. state.
So banning abortion is literally telling women they can't do what they want with their uterus.
@HungLikeAHorsefly
"Putting your body parts on/inside other people obviously affects other people, whereas abortion only affects the woman in question"
I get that but developing babies are not female body parts so that relates to a hypothetical situation.
"Unless you think a fetus is a person."
A fetus is one of many stages of development so it's not a great way to describe a developing baby. I do think developing babies are people, but not in the exact same sense as you or I are. I don't even think a 3 month old is the same exact person as you or I either in the sense that studies have shown that the first signs of awareness starts at about 9 months after birth. 3 months olds are barely even here mentally if at all. They are alive and human though. Do you disagree that developing babies are human?
"even though it [developing babies] has none of the characteristics of a person"
I'm pretty positive you don't believe that. I don't think I need to describe obvious similarities.
Let me ask you a question though. You said indirectly that a woman having an abortion doesn't affect a developing baby because fetuses or developing babies aren't people. If a woman didn't have the abortion, do you not think stopping their growing doesn't affect their path towards adulthood? Is that not affecting the fetus?
"So banning abortion is literally telling women they can't do what they want with their uterus"
They could do what they want with their uterus as long as it doesn't kill the other life. If suicide is legal, than the same would apply to suicide bombers. It is illegal to blow yourself up next to another person because you'll affect them. It's the same with uteruses. The girl could do what she wants with it, but couldn't inject poison surrounding it because there's a life next to it.
What characteristics does a fetus share with a person, other than having human DNA? It does not exhibit any kind of coordinated locomotion. It does not breathe. It does not talk or form opinions or manipulate its environment in any way. It's a collection of human cells that feed off of the mother, much like a tumor does. Yet unlike a tumor, its DNA is different than the mother's so it's more like a parasite.
The difference is that the fetus has the *potential* to be a person one day, whereas a parasite does not. Potential does not make something a person right now, though.
Actually I think women through Cultural Marxism have surrendered their bodies to the government and those labels should read "I don't need a man" and "this is not an invitation to look" . They are now government property and not men's.
Fucking Socialists, always taking our stuff. Everybody knows those things belong to wealthy white men.
I agree. Not government property. Nobody's property.
I know it but Iβm starting to think the whole entire south lacks brain cells. They wouldnβt get this 🤷🏽ββοΈ
@cavmanier they sure as hell act like it
how?
@JamesBoradil03 if they understood that a womanβs body is hers, they wouldnβt be trying to control what she can and canβt do with her uterus
well true, it is her uterus, but when it concerns another living being the living being should be put into consideration. would you consider it wrong for me to shoot a pregnant doe? i would, now if the doe were not prgnant i wouldn't care, but because there is a young creature inside of her unable to protct itself i would consider it wrong. now i dont think all abortion is wrong, but also think that the baby and its life shoud be put in consideration.
@JamesBoradil03 as a vegetarian , I donβt think you should shoot any animal.
The same as with men. Women have butts, private parts and tits. The only difference is women have less growing hairs.
There is nothing humorous about learning body parts, sir.
It should say property of the government of North Korea
i don't get the joke xD
Found the white knight.
They should make one like this for foreskins.
@cavmanier It seems so.
Oh I'm an expert on females
Cringe
pretty well ; )
That made me giggle
Hahaha
Thatβs pretty funny
