I know Google translate exists, but it says: the king of the king of the whole. Makes no sense. And in the March of templars it's translated to :king of the universe

That makes sense actually. Maybe Regis univer is actually a way to say universe, that would explain why the r in Regis is capital because that is only usually done with names and stuff. That makes a lot of sense.
