Dreams as in your hopes for the future? Things happen if you allow them to happen and make the effort into making those dreams become a reality. Only reason they won't happen is because you're either incapable to making them happen or that you're just foolish enough to think they will happen on their own.

I believe it is true. Some people are jealous and don't want to see you happy, so they start putting negative ideas in your mind and you end up giving up on your dreams.
Keep them to yourself, you'll get there. :)

Only if the dream's unrealistic and/or the person isn't ready to put in the work to reach the dream, if it was realistic
