They wear them because it is their choice to wear them. They don’t wear mini skirts with the intent that the wind is just going to blow at them, they wear it because THEY want to. If a woman felt uncomfortable wearing a mini skirt why would she put it on in the first place. You can't just assume they are uncomfortable just because of the wind. If is guy put their hood up and the wind kept blowing at it you wouldn’t say ‘oh why does he put his hood up when he is uncomfortable’ that makes no sense whatsoever.

I don't wear minis, mostly knee length and maxis, so it's not usually an issue. The irony is that other girls think skirts are revealing when pants show the contours of your crotch and sex organs. Skirts and dresses are much less revealing.

More than I can count sadly. Three guys have gotten in my car and refused to leave ( took off left the car all three times). Multiple guys have tried to touch or grab me randomly at different places (last time that started about a seven person fight at a casino Thank God for good Guys ) Guys have tried following me to my car and even to my house.
