Assuming similar weights, a skilled woman will usually beat an untrained man without going for his balls. At equal skill levels the man will usually win. Blocking strikes to the testicles is not difficult. But if she can prolong the fight her chances improve. His muscles pound for pound are stronger than hers, but she has superior stamina.
