Yeah it's pretty great. Best thing is the people go inside and leave the city to me and a few others.
My only problem is I don't have any shoes that don't get soaked right through to my socks.

I wouldn't intentionally go out when it's raining. But if I have to I will. If I don't have an umbrella or something to put over my head then I'm screwed. This happened to me recently

I love the rain! Especially since I’m in California where it’s a rare occurrence. I take runs in it, drive in it, hike in it… it’s just so soothing and invigorating

Same. I actually coined the phrase "Run out into the rain" It means enjoy life though it may not be perfect. Kiss the girl although you may not be perfect.

I have a small table and chairs set up on my front porch and when it rains I like to go out there and watch the rain.
