I have seen people saying that attractive indian look Latino or middle Eastern sometimes even white. I am talking about both men and women.

I dont really agree there is are South Indian guys actors who play hero and they look typically Indian and do have a good fan following inside India and also some neighboring countries,

In many cases the more attractive Indian women do come from a mixed ancestry. And as celebrities tend to follow western fashion style they may look hispanic. But I think It has more to do with style of fashion.
