How do I see who shared my reel?

As you see it says 5 shares which means it could’ve been shared through direct messaging

Think Google might be of better help to find the answer to this question not being smart or anything but Google is how I discovered so much technology help for myself when it came to social media like I learnt from Google that Instagram now has an option where someone can block you and any new accounts you create as Instagram blocks that person’s IP address so now I can block all the people who wanna promote their only fans and all off their scams
