If I had to choose from above, I'd say Ares, but that's kind of grasping at straws.
I would say probably Dolos or Hermes. Dolos is the God of cunning deception, craftiness, and treachery, and I'm a bit of a prankster. I also love magic. I'm not a "cheat" or liar, though, so I'm not sure how far that would go.
Hermes is the God of travellers, thieves, merchants, and orators. I do a lot of public speaking, I love to travel (haven't gotten to do it in ages, though), and I'm a small business owner - all of these (except thieves) fit fairly well, too.
Hermes, the God of communication, language, writing, cunning and thieves. Eloquent speech and well expressed arguments are very important to me.
I like Sherrilyn Kenyons versions of the Greek Gods. That angle aside, here… Poseidon, Hades, Athena and Demeter would be feasting at my table.

technically the earlier in greek mythos you go Aphrodite, Athena, and Persephone are all the same deity before being split into their different and modern aspect.
One that's not in your list. APOLLO, God of music, arts, knowledge, healing, plague, prophecy, poetry, manly beauty, and archery.
Athena, Goddess of War.
He hates his family and would rather spend eternity in hell than be with them. Plus he's a benevolent bad ass. He is the most mature and sane of his brothers. He does his own thing and doesn't care for people much.
Apparently I'm closest to Aphrodite... These days more on the love, than the beauty and sex.

I'd be a "blend" of Aphrodite & Amphitritê, the wife of Poseidon.
Athena, all the way. So far as to deem her my personal patron deity. She's smart and she likes to fight (and knows when to fight!) and I identify heavily with that. I also like Artemis Goddess of The Hunt.
Well, I am not God. Polytheism is blasphemy. But as far as character traits of these false god (s) of Greek Mythology I suppose, Athena in the only one in the ballpark.
I kinda like Athena but none of these choices ultimately.
I choose Aphrodite, because I'm similar to her. She was beautiful and so am I. People always loved my beauty and I did help some of my friends find love. So, I guess I'm Aphrodite.
