Going outside bores me.
I feel sad.
If you’ve ever reached such a point of boredom in your life, you may have considered or even observed how taking risks brings that adrenaline level up to a point where you feel alive again. Drug taking, risky sports, packing up your bags and leaving your current life behind for the unknown of a fresh start somewhere else. They are valid responses to boredom - but clearly, they are merely replacing the question with the urgency of a new set of problems you must solve, distracting your mind. Your life has become too easy and predictable. You are unable to set any direction or purpose for yourself in your current situation. You recognize you have a problem, but you cannot see any way to resolve by staying where you are. Hence, in addition to packing up your bags and leaving in a literal sense, many choose crime or suicide as alternatives. Helping others is one of many options that can ease your pain - but only up to a point.
Going outside will clear your head you have to get out of the house even if it’s to
go for a walk or just sit outside enjoy the cold weather before it gets super hot you’re in your prime don’t worry about your age, i’ve seen females in the winter Olympics older than you What is going on right now at this very moment
You might be depressed. If you lose interest in everything it could be a sign of depression.
