Especially if we can get the lips and whatnot the same as us, then our dogs can actually talk to us!
There are certainly tradeoffs though... Our faces are not very aerodynamic, so even on all fours they would slow down. Our noses don't have the canal space for all the receptors that dogs have.

Also uncertainties; would the dog have fur or hair? Would the hair be all over (an Ewok on all fours) or would it be more like a horse's mane? Hair AND fur?

If they get our human faces with all the muscles and expressions, and keep their empathy, would it be easier for them to cheer us up or harder?

Humans with dog-like features just means more mess. I really don't want fur, this mess of a nest on my head is bad enough.

Now I don’t know if that’s such a bad thing, considering the men I’m creating. I’m guessing there would still be people on the outside working to get us back - at least I hope? But imagine being in VR for a week with altered time perception and waking up thinking you’ve lived centuries. Even though it would likely operate on the same dimension as dream time, virtual reality feels much more “real”. It would be weird to recover from initially.

Hahaha. Yeah it would be weird. All these people coming back from what they feel is like centuries of life. Normally, you’d only be “under” for like a minute (or what feels like a few days in your mind), but now it’s like you’ve come back from being immortal. There would be so much pinching. Lol. We’d also be totally different than the people who weren’t part of the bug. Now imagine if it’s ordinarily not even possible to stay under for a full week in reality and that this was just a glitch all around. Now, whoever wasn’t part of it will never be the same as the people who were. I mean those who went under also met in virtual space, so they’ve known each other now for what feels like hundred of years. The big rift of us and them - two tiers of society created just from that.
Anyways, we should probably stop giving people ideas for movies they can steal. 🤣

And people are surprised when I tell them I don't know how to read sheet music or tha I don't know music theory because of my "skill level on the piano" 🤣 but I always focus on what I'm not good at so it's hard for me to say that I'm skilled.

That is exactly like me!!! I just love trying out combinations of keys and melodies without knowing what a chord even sounds like. I just layer them one track after another on my software and use all kinds of instruments. It’s amazing fun. I always focus on what I’m not good at. Like I have a history degree in knowledge but not on paper?

Honestly, this type of music creation could allow for greater creativity! Because someone that is more knowledgeable may write off certain combinations as being not pleasant. Whether it be consciously or not. While someone not as knowledgeable could play around with things more & discover uncharted favorable combinations!

So I really appreciated that song and can seriously imagine it fitting into one of my head movies. There were so many sounds that just fit but weren’t common- you’re right, that we need to put out more of this. There are so many unexplored combinations that we can still try out.

Yes it actually has a mood - it reminds me of a cold night with the windows open and the curtains blowing. It’s padding through the halls on bare feet to pause at a window to at the stars and forgetting how cold it is. I’m pretty sure a part of this song even makes the stars tinkle like ice crystals.
