I usually find myself in some porn site, doing what cums naturally.

I have always known that I wanted to help people. That's why I was in the fire department when I was in high school. It's why I went into the Coast Guard, to save people. It's why I continued as a search and rescue specialist even after the CG.

For you, my suggestion is simply to look at the pros and the cons in your life. Eliminate the cons, or at least mitigate them, and accentuate the pros. Find out what you are passionate about, train, educate and learn as much as you can about that. I guarantee you won't have time to wonder what you are looking for.

By thinking about your actions and asking if this is what you want to do and why are you doing it. Alcohol, pot and time alone help me come to the more brutal answers and when I can I go to a hiking spot to get plastered, listen to music until my thoughts blur the music out

I'm not sure you ever do. I think most people think they're brilliant at self anaylsis but the reality is most people are horrible judges off how other people see them, so the only way around this is to find out how other people find you.
