Don't really need to, could just disappear and never be found, sooner or later I'd be legally declared dead.

  Nope haven't planned it, but others have done it... that is where I heard about, change identity and start life over else ware, old identity gets declared dead. Only a few known cases, so imagine how many no one really knows about. There is a lot of missing people out there.

  Beats me but enough identity theft goes on, I imagine that is one way to do it... take on someone else's identity, maybe a missing person or a dead one. Move to a new area, start over.

  Like think it's possible to get all that and have a new identity basically but of course legal not illegally? I can do illegally I'm sure just expensive n the risk is higher tbh

  Well illegals do it all the time, get jobs and healthcare and other stuff using someone else's identity. At least in the USA, not sure where you are. They use fake SSN's and names.
  
  How to do it legally, probably not really possible... but one girl did run away from home and met a guy, married him... used a fake name, and had a family and finally decades later came out and told her story. So they would stop looking for her... so its possible.
