What does the perfect you look like?

I want to gain 20 pounds.
by the way
My light weight isn't because of metabolism. It's because of the types of food I eat since young thanks to my mom and not wanting to get diabetes and sickness like people I know have. Mainly home cooked. Also I prefer savory over sweet (I eat the occasional dark chocolate 🍫👍 which is bitter-sweet , minimum sugar and the rare slightly sweet snack)
Limit my sugar intake because that shit causes inflammation and too fast weight gain.
Chips over a doughnut 🍩👎 (potato chips, corn chips tortilla, etc NOT talking about British chips 🍟 =French fries but I do love toasted rather than fried potatoe fries, less oil and more crispy than chips that get soggy),
Craving for sugar can mean that the meal we ate was unbalanced in nutrition. If we ate whole foods such as sweet potato or friend plantain with lunch, it reduces that craving.
Additionally, every morning I eat a plate of fruit, papaya, watermelon, apple.. sometimes pine, and switch. Sappodilla is my favorite fruit and i soo sweet
Healthy hacks and thanks to my mom.
I'm fairly pleased with myself, to be honest. But I still have a few stretch marks from the babies I wish weren't showing up, and I wouldn't mind being a bit shorter because some people find taller women odd. I'm not too bothered at the height though because I'm close in height to my husband this way and it feels more natural, like we fit together right. Just want the stretch marks to disappear like the baby weight did.
When i was 23-25 i was at my best physique, i could drink hella, eat spicy food and eat anything i wanted. I got some stupid stomach sickness at 26 that makes me watch what i eat & i visit the toilet like 5 times on a good day and 12 times on a bad day. So i mostly eat vegan stuff these days and i stay away from red meat & super sugary things and most foods completely and rarely ill have turkey or chicken and i could drink again and eat spicy foods with out the insane amount of gastric reflux that choked me when i sleep & my intestines destroyed and twisted.
Also i have a horrible back which started at 20 after certain physical activity for a job i had and now my knees swell up badly that i probably should get surgery on & been reccomended to but choose not too cause fuck that, so i have to limit my work outs But if i could get my health back 100% i'd have none of these issues but i think it's age & shitty dr's even with decent insurance but now i live a forced healthy lifestyle. Isn't that what old people have to do lol
When I was 27 I was benching close to 300 pounds and running marathons a little bit under 3 hours. I should have been wearing a cape and fighting crime.

My perfect version, would be to lose 20 pounds... get back down to what I use to be before my health started to crumble. Maybe a little clearly skin, but sadly most of my issues are mental.
Oh and that is a cute outfit, bet I have nice golden shoes on too.
If only you could give me those 20 pounds, hehe.
Ok so...
Height - I'm 5ft5, it's fairly comfortable so no changes there.
Weight - I felt my hottest at 15kg less so lose those.
Hair - stays in place. It gets funky between leaving the car and getting to the office.
Face - get rid of resting dumb face, replace with something more useful.
Boobs - mostly fine.
Belly area - make flat or almost flat
Bum and hips area - a bit less bum and a bit more hipsLegs and arms - more toned.
I get told I look like Jon Hamm IRL. I don't see it but it's something I hear a lot. Woman seem to get really weird; I started noticing this around 30. I'm 6-foot 180 pounds & about the only thing I would change if I could is a scar under my left eye & I break out if I don't tan regularly.
I would want smaller boobs and probably shorter hair because my back hurts and my hair is often in the way. I also wish my skin was better it's dry and the moment
I'm content with how I look, I don't want any changes (at least any currently possible changes).
Anything worthwhile I'd change is currently impossible to do, such as x-men like mutant powers, or various extra limbs, or other such extreme alterations for the sake of practical advantages.
More or less the same as you describe, maybe also a blue eyes like my father on top of that. :)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/xpRysAo5pU0Broader shoulders, smaller forehead and wider hips! Iām too skinny and not curvy enough
Iād slim down a bit more and these annoying gray hairs that are gradually getting more numerous, would stop coming in.
I would weigh 75kg, and be fit. My hair and body would be manicured. I would like to be well toned, but not muscled.
Downstairs, the perfect version of me is circumcised in the low-and-loose style.
My perfect self is something close to this
Like Kevin Hart with a bit of Chris Tucker
Exactly
Like Kevin Durant and tall like Chris Paul
OP would u like to get mixed w white 😅
