And who is your favorite female rapper in terms of their music?
I love Dojas music. Her wordplay is amazing. I’m a bit turned off by her personality though 🥴 she throws a tantrum every other week saying she's gonna quit music. I kinda get where she’s coming from, I know being a celebrity is hard because you have millions of people talking about you and judging you but what did you expect signing up for this industry? lol. She lashes out on her own fans when she gets the tiniest bit of criticism

Anyway for real rap music we have one simple example. And whether she's the most attractive that's not a question I really think while listing to her stuff (though she is attractive), because rap music while can be fun and silly and sexual, great rappers actually make serious songs that overshadow that fact. Lady xo - also underrated, also very talented, totally different sound. Easy on the ears without losing the momentum. Listen to "double up"

K. Flay - totally different feel to her, not gangster but just as cutthroat, I haven't been as impressed with an artists wordplay since maybe ces cru? She's very intelligent and well read. Used to do book reviews on her YouTube back in the day. Listen to "can't sleep" or "blood in the cut"

I'm pretty picky with my rap, need them to be saying something or telling one hell of a story. Been into kflay for years and she's criminally underrated, I think I like reverie mostly due to subject matter, talks about actually being strung out on dope and friends lost. Hits home and feels genuine.

Does every song have to have some deep meaning to it?
WAP was a stupid song but it was fun to turn on when you are partying and dancing with some friends. I don’t think a song needs to have some intellectual message behind it to enjoy it. If I’m in the club I’d rather hear a song about shaking ass then something about the meaning of life but that’s just me.
And a lot of these rappers actually DO have songs with deeper meaning to them as well, but the ones about sex are the ones that make the radio and nobody bothers to look up the songs in their albums.
when it comes to rappers, majority of them write their own verses. Like Nicki I believe has written all of her music, and there’s even videos of her free styling or in the studio to prove she can come up with rhymes on the spot.
