Okay...
After pondering, not only am I really debating on even doing it but I am now curious on what kind of answers I will get.
Long story short, I am close to buying a house to keep it in the family but who I am currently with.. isn't exactly working out the way I had hoped.
There's almost no way I would be able to do this on my own.
