I believe it is called ‘Euthanasia’

It is the practice of intentionally ending a life to relieve intolerable/incurable pain or suffering.

There are numerous debates regarding the practice of euthanasia. Some people believe that it is murder and that death should be natural. Some people fear that allowing euthanasia sends the message, "it's better to be dead than sick or disabled". The subtext is that some lives are not worth living. simply put... it is about the neglect and abandonment of the youth, and how they had become prey to vice and the decay of their well being...

interestingly... this was created in the 90's, when the internet and the social networks did not exist as they do, today
