I don't have an anecdote about myself - if I talk in my sleep, nobodies ever told me about a time where it was notable enough for me to recall.

But I do have an anecote about staying with a cousin. We were in bunk beds, with me on the top bunk and him on the lower bunk.
At who-knows-what time he yells "Oh, shut up!" and throws a punch. He must have thrown quite the haymaker because the impact he made with the bunk above him was pretty loud and I felt the force through my mattress.
He wondered why he had cuts on his knuckles the following morning.
I'm surprised he didn't wake himself up.
