I'm from Pakistan so my culture is a mix of indian\pakistan and in this culture they say a woman who doesn't want a child can't get married unless she decides to give birth... Is this true? I'm a muslim who is Pakistani but born n raised in america.

In Islam, a woman is a baby making machine and "farmland" for their husbands to plough (according to Quran). Your job is literally to overpopulate. That's why Muslims on avg have twice as much kids.
