Why did this officer give me a PBA card?

a good customer who comes into my jobs a police officer he give me a pba card.

he give me his phone number one day as he needed help finding a part for his hot water heater i give him my emplyeee discount on other stuff he needed.

one day we were talking he was like her signed this i asked him what it was it was a pba card.

i did not asked for it when he give it to me i never told him i dont drive but i took the card anyway i thought why not.
Why did this officer give me a PBA card?
