It's more likely for losing throws to change next time.
It's more likely for winning throws to stay the same next time.

It's not as random as it seems. So with some simple strategy the odds are actually better than purely random.

Can we extend the match to 100/100 or 1000/1000? It's a gambling fool's game to do 3/3. I won a computer science tournament long ago on RPS. I beat Iocaine Powder (the top algorithm at the time) ~950-to-50, and the head of the computer science department even halfway stole the cred from me while barely citing my original paper.
