Which type of distorted thinking is yours?

Mind reading I guess.
I’ve always had a way with both people and animals.
I understand how they feel, why they feel that way and how to best interact with them based on those factors.
One of my favorite instances was in school. There was a boy who liked to push, hit and say mean things to the kids who were smaller than him.
One day, I saw him make a very sweet kid cry.
I walked up to him swiftly, grabbed him by the head, threw him against the lockers and watched him collapse to the floor.
He rolled over and looked at me with fear in his eyes.
I extended my hand, helped him back up and said “that didn’t feel very good did it?”
He said “no, it hurt and everyone is staring at me.”
I said “this is what I’ve watched you do to the other kids. They don’t like it either. You should stop.”
After that day, we were friends and he never did mean things like that again.
That was so good of you to do :)
I'm polarized thinker. There is no way out, either be the emperor or the slave. This is what you get for being a part of well reputed family. One slightest mistake and whole family is ashamed and my life is a failure. I'm good for the fear of falling. The fear only makes me successful.
I am for filtering and catastrophizing.
A little on both, as I look on the possible worst cases and prepare for them. As many worst possible cases as I can handle. As for the filtering, I tend to highlight negative points first, and then look for any positive points.
Rather than being optimistic, I would say I am a bit of anti-optimistic. Like an anti-hero to a hero. Gives the same result, but the thought process and the motivation is different.
This question got me thinking hard.
Catastrophizing, with a side order of mind reading. But I know you think this answer is lame. Because actually all my answers are lame.
See, I knew you were smart!

Being right but it helps that I always am. Apart from a few rare occasions which then I learn from and become right on then to be always right again.
Polarized Thinking and Emotional Reasoning.
I would say I’ve struggled with both polarized thinking (probably less of this in more recent years) and catastrophizing.
Filtering (especially if it's an overwhelming or stressful situation), polarized thinking, mind reading, catastrophizing, emotional reasoning. 😵💫
May be being right I always think I'm the only one who's always right but I don't show it to people
Not very helpful, but I just wanna say I love this!
Mind reading + Emotional reasoning
