Was at work when snow stopped the trians from working. Left to catch a coach, think it was the last one. Had noticed the local cash point was broken. A woman jumped on but didn't have any cash and they didn't take cards. I paid for her ticket rather than see her go back out into the snow (she would have potentially been stranded 30miles for home)

A client at work was having a panic attack in our office so I took her into the back office and got her to deep breathe. She was waiting and couldnt focus so eventually she started to follow instructions and she calmed down

Many things actually. Today I helped a pregnant parent (I was in school) of a 4th grade kid to reach his class as they were having parents Teacher's meeting.
