People treat each other certain ways based on what they believe their age to be (and their level of development.) This can be both advantageous and disadvantageous, depending on circumstances and phase of life. Right now at your age, it's understandable it bothers you.

You could try adapting how you carry yourself. Dress a bit differently, develop a good vocabulary, become well-read, be a gentleman to all. You may also choose to act more assertive and authoritative, though those will be challenged more. Your demeanour is integral to how people respond to you. This is the case with all people. Try to think of it more as a science experiment. Look for cause and effect. Make subtle changes, and observe. This will make you feel like you have some say over your destiny, etc. Later, looking younger will have its advantages. Right now, you probably feel it's keeping you behind in places you want to go. But it won't last long, this phase of life. If you make the goal of giving people the impression, "Estevan is very mature for his age..." you can flip the script here.

I remember to read that dancers puberty is delayed, so they don't grow up as much as normal, that may have caused you seem younger.
