True "trans" people - born with XX or XY Chromosomes but externally have the features of the other gender are about as common as conjoined (Siamese) twins - not very but it happens.

It´s still this way today maybe at the end of the decade we already have 100 genders. Maybe one day everybody has a gender of his own because they can´t live with the supposed standards people don´t feel like they can live with.
