Well, everyone gets angry. What triggers the anger and how high it escalates is what matters. What makes me upset and angy, may not make another person react the same way, so it's all subjective.

I definitely am good for some SPECTACULAR flip-outs. I don’t know if my temper is “short” per se, like it’s not like any little thing sets me off. But when it’s demonstrated that someone is disrespecting me egregiously in a way that is almost challenging me, I’m going to answer the bell VERY quickly, and at that point I’m not looking to talk things out. I actually have footage of me raging out, lmao. To be fair, I was punched first but you can see I was activated immediately, and I was screaming like a goddamn banshee when they pulled me off the kid, lmfao I’m #44 in green

I used too but when I got a job that kept me super busy…it’s like I didn’t have time to think about getting mad. It seems so backwards since I’m on international time zone too. Maybe that’s it-it takes all my energy to keep up with “Mr Smith” 🤷🏻‍♂️

I do get angry veeery rarely, when I just can't hold everything in anymore. And usually it's not even real anger but mixed with sadness. I do not get mad easily, pissed yes.

My anger is very weak so I mostly just get stressed out or frustrated. I don't have a short temper at all but I get annoyed pretty easily.

I don't get super angry and if I do its not a yelling type of anger. It mainly is frustration not anger but I take it out by throwing things (safely like a ball) or exercising

I used to then I realized it's too revealing. Especially with someone or something you don't like you don't always want your displeasure to be known. Also people respond better to calm slow stern voice then screaming which I learned from the army.
