How boring is your town?

I am living in Toronto and I feel very boring. I mean.. Canada is famous for being boring. what about your place? is it exciting to live there or boring? besides winter is long too.

You are in TORONTO... a "world city". The most populated city in Canada and the center of Canadian Anglophonic culture. And, you are "36-45"! How could you be bored?

The 3 times that I've been to Toronto, I've had a wonderful time.
I attended a National Lacrosse League Toronto Rock home game against the Philadelphia Wings in 2007 at the Air Canada Centre. Then, about a year later, my wife was there on business and I tagged along. Another time we went to see Coco Montoya at some bar near UT, but, for lunch, we ate at Restaurant 360. If you've never done that, do it.

Right now, it is summer, so consider seeing a Toronto Argonauts or Blue Jays game or, just as good, but much less expensive, see a Major Series Lacrosse game. There are several teams in The Golden Horseshoe.

The regular season is almost over. Tonight, in Brooklin, the Brooklin Lacrosse Club (apparently formerly known as Redmen) host the Peterborough Lakers who are a perennial power in MSL. The game will be at 8 PM EDT at the Iroquois Park in Whitby. Tomorrow night, same time, the two teams play the final game of the regular season in Peterborough at The Memorial Centre.

This is box lacrosse - the indoor version of the game and which is the National Summer Sport of Canada. Like hockey, most of the best players in the world are either Canadians from the Toronto or Vancouver areas or are Iroquois.

I was trying to locate ticket prices for tonight's game and I don't see any. It could be that the game is free, but it cannot be much if anything.

For tomorrow's game in Peterborough, the ticket prices range from $2.85 to $17.35.
You can't beat that.

Seeing a Peterborough Lakers game in Peterborough has always been on my Bucket List. Sadly, I am in Missouri now, so I won't have that chance...

it is one of the main party cities in Europe.

Isn’t Toronto like supposed to be cool? But people liken it to London a lot- which is where I’m from, so then I guess I can understand why you’d see it as boring

Toronto is the worst city in Canada, move to litteraly any other city and Canada isn't boring. If you want scenery move to the western provinces, if you want festivals go to montreal. If you want old architecture and fun albeit cold winters move to quebec city. If you want a pseudo california move to vancouver.
