Strange dream/meaning of dream?

The other day I had a very strange dream. The dream started with me being at my work, I was cashing out some customers but in the middle of scanning stuff my chest started to hurt and at first it wasn’t that bad but after like a couple of seconds I felt the pain again it felt like my heart was pounding out of my chest, it was beating hard and I could feel it when I put my hand against my chest. I remember not being able to breath from the pain and all I could do was hold my chest in pain I also remember that the couple I was cashing out told me to breath/try to calm down but when I tried I couldn’t and the pain was still there my beating heart still felt like it was gonna jump out any second I could literally feel it against my hand that was against my chest. It felt awful the pain was unbearable I still remember how the pain felt and then I woke up feeling scared on why I had that strange dream it left me feeling like maybe that could actually happen to me not in a dream but in real life, maybe? Anyways I know this was long but I just wanted to share this and maybe see if anyone has any guesses on why this happened to me.
