lolololol. Looove your wording.
When I was growing up we had a restaurant called Smitty's, and it was primarily a breakfast pancake house. They made great crêpes, which we loved in our family, and it was the first dish my mother taught me to make. Smitty's had many versions of pancakes. I liked the crêpes with strawberries and whipped cream rolled up inside them. It was called The Smarty Pants.
I am not a certified smarty pants, but I can whip up a mean dish of crêpes with whatever filling you choose. But I suggest strawberries and cream.
