Why can't I put a bio?

im wanna put a bio but dont see an option for one? anything to do with xper?

App no option for adding bio but you can go to their site directly to edit your profile

all it shows is 3 options like relationship, occupation and country. i dont see a box like i did in my older acc. also im in the website

Not sure why? But i did see a box about me to fill in.. maybe restart your device?
