Without coffee is like pulling a lawn mower cord with no petrol.
I have minimum 4 n up to 10 a day n have a cup of coffee before bed, usually get up around 3am n have a coffee n go back to sleep.
I substitute coffee for food a bit but eat good still.
Asakyo give ur cats a neck rub but use ur thumb n pointer for a proper massage 😻
